Have one spoonful of Amrit Kalash Nectar paste empty stomach with a glass of lukewarm milk or water. After 30 minutes, have 1 Amrit Kalash Ambrosia Tablet in the morning. Repeat this dosage in the evening as well.

Use 2 drops of Prandhara for steam (twice a day).

Apply Anu Tail to nostrils before going outside
