What are Quies strips?

They are 12 transparent strips for external use. Each nasal dilator combines a semi-rigid layer of PET with acrylic adhesive to gently lift the nostrils.

What are they used for?

They can help with nasal breathing at night or whilst playing sport. They are designed to tackle snoring caused by nasal obstruction, but do not address other causes.

How do you apply them?

Clean and dry the skin. Centre the strip on the bridge of the nose and press down on the ends. Remove it gently and dispose of the strip after use.

Precautions

Do not apply Quies strips to irritated skin. Stop using them if pain or redness occurs. Seek medical advice if you experience severe snoring, breathing pauses or daytime drowsiness.
