Pola Light instructions for use:

1. Clean your teeth and record your tooth shade on the last page.

2. Attach one of the supplied tips to the syringe. Apply a thin line of gel evenly along the inner front of the upper and lower parts of your Pola LED tray.

User tip: Using the syringe markings as a guide, use one fifth of the syringe (0.6 g / 0.02 oz) per teeth whitening session for both the upper and lower parts of the tray.

3. Place the Pola LED tray in your mouth and bite down.

- Press the on button twice for the blue/red LED. The LED will stay on for 10 minutes. The treatment time can be 15 minutes if there are no signs of sensitivity.

- Press the on button once for the blue LED.

When the LED activation ends, your whitening session is complete. Repeat twice a day for five days. For best results, we recommend completing both applications one after the other.

4. After the treatment time, remove the tray and wipe away any excess gel or saliva with a dry tissue.

5. Rinse your mouth or brush your teeth after the whitening session.
