Mahamanjishtadi Kashayam is an ayurvedic medicine used in the treatment of skin diseases. It also helps patients suffering from conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, allergic dermatitis and wounds.

It is used in the following conditions:

Adults: 12 to 24 ml with an equal amount of water twice a day or as directed by the physician.
