  • Kanakasava by Maharishi Ayurveda is an ayurvedic medicine used for respiratory diseases. It is also used for bronchitis, asthma, productive cough, hemorrhages, congestion, common cold, rhinitis, abnormal nasal discharges.

  • Kanakasava by Maharishi Ayurveda can be used in the following conditions-

    • Productive cough

    • Asthma

    • Bronchitis

    • Whooping cough

    • Rhinitis

    • Chronic fever

    • Hemorrhages

    • Biliary colic

    • Renal colic

  • DOSAGE:

    Adults- 15 to 30 ml

    (Twice a day with an equal amount of water after a meal or as advised by the Physician)

    PRECAUTIONS & SIDE EFFECTS:

    Side effects with Kanakasava that can be experienced-

    1. Headache

    2. Nausea

    3. Vomiting

    4. Restlessness

    If these symptoms appear Kanakasava should be immediately stopped and consult an Ayurvedic Physician.

    CONTRAINDICATIONS:-

    1. Tachycardia

    2. Glaucoma

    3. Infants

    4. Patients with a pacemaker
